The Hamburg organic bakery Springer has been baking since 1889, now in its 5th generation, for only one reason: to bake the best organic bread for Hamburg. For more than 20 years, the "Bioland" seal has adorned the baked goods, which are still shaped and weighed by hand today. Central to the bakery's philosophy is a connection to nature and a high level of transparency regarding processes and supply chains.

Fun Fact

We have been supplying the Hamburg Four Seasons Hotel for quite some time. During the G20 summit in Hamburg, Turkish President Erdoğan and his wife stayed there and tried our bread – his wife was so enthusiastic that she wanted the recipe. She also packed 100 loaves of bread into the private jet and flew them directly to Turkey.
