Co-Learn
Networking of Research, Practice, and New Ecosystems
The Institute for Performance Management (IPM) conducts the project’s research and offers participating companies and institutions in-depth insights into the relevant topics of Innovation Culture, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Foresight & Future Literacy.
Innovation Culture
Successful innovation requires not only technological advancements but also a positive corporate culture. This culture should be based on a strong shared vision and be characterized by empathy towards employees, the creation of psychological safety, and the promotion of adaptability and willingness to take risks.
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Entrepreneurial action is a continuous process based on learning, adaptation, and value creation. Germany can benefit from the dynamic culture of Silicon Valley but should simultaneously develop its own entrepreneurial culture that builds on German strengths and is both innovative and sustainable.
Foresight & Futures Literacy
In a rapidly changing world, future competencies are of significant importance. These skills enable us to anticipate the future, actively shape it, and strengthen our adaptability. Foresight and future competence are key to targeted consideration of future developments and the shaping of future innovations.
As project management, the IPM is also responsible for organizing the Trans-Nation- Co-Creation project in Germany and the USA, as well as hosting the online and on- site events in Germany.
Methods, Insights, Skills: The Learning Formats
The project offers participating companies and institutions a structured mixture of online and face-to-face meetings as well as on-site events in Silicon Valley/Stanford.
The workshops form the interactive events on the project's impulse topics and include thematic presentations by the Value Project Partners.
The Co-Creation-meetings invite participants to present and discuss their own use
cases and projects as a group.
The Silicon-Valley-Symposium explores Silicon Valley's recipe for success in growth and innovation and links the academic knowledge of Stanford University and the Institute for Performance Management with the practices of innovative Silicon Valley companies.
