By connecting science, business, and government, this approach works at the intersection where innovation naturally emerges. Research results from Leuphana\u2019s Institute\nfor Performance Management (IPM) and further form an important basis for the\ncontent and structure of the project. The participants themselves become actors in\nthe research process and contribute to expanded insights into innovation-promoting\nframework conditions and processes, as the project is accompanied by research.<\/p><p>Innovation and Futures Literacy are core themes of IPM&#039;s research and are\nintegrated into a broad field of research approaches and methods. The more innovation-promoting leaders perceive\ntheir corporate culture, the stronger &quot;Explore&quot; behavior they show and the more they\nencourage their employees to &quot;Explore&quot; behavior. Leaders feared a growing detachment from work as a negative\nconsequence.
